This summer I will be spending my holidays in Scottsdale for the fourth consecutive year. Beside the golf courses and Dbacks, the restaurants are also a good incentive to return. And Veneto is one of my favorites. For the past two years I’ve had the pleasure of attending a special event (wine dinner), and I will long remember these wonderful events. Unfortunately wine dinners have not (yet) been planned for this year, but I am confident that Roberto and his staff will make our culinary encounters another memorable experience this year. As a European, who has travelled in Italy extensively, I venture to say that, for a taste of authentic Italian cuisine, you do not have to travel further than Veneto in Scottsdale.
